Job Description

Need 5+ years Senior Open Source Web Developer with backend and frontend expertise.Technology preferred - PHP, Python, MySQL, CSS, JS, React, HugoResponsible for:

• Leading the design, development, and maintenance of the Virtual Lab's cloud-based content publishing platform and other websites

• Developing and deploying automated test frameworks.

• Analysis and improvement of the websites on the criteria of Usability, Accessibility, Performance, etc

• Ensuring the delivery of robust, bug-free, scalable, and modular code

• Collaborating with and managing the Virtual Labs team members and interns

• Collecting, monitoring, and improving on the various usage statistics of the Websites

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Front-end/Full Stack developer

• Deep understanding of the architecture and working of the Internet covering all aspects of content hosting, sharing, delivery, and presentation

• In-depth knowledge of web technologies like PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, MySQL

• Good understanding of the latest web development frameworks like React, Hugo, Svelte, Astro, etc

• Good understanding of the latest trends in web development like static site generation, server-side rendering, PWA, etc

• Good understanding and hands-on experience with popular JS animation and graph libraries

• Familiarity and hands-on experience with the most popular JS libraries and development tools

• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Cloud-based deployment models
