Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager in web application development. Strong technical foundation in either Java (Spring Boot) or LAMP stack. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js). Experience in Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and backend frameworks like Node.js, Flask, or Django. Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, message queues, web sockets, and real-time systems. Cloud experience (preferably AWS), containerization, and infrastructure automation.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project tracking tools (Jira, etc.).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
