Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through open market activities and referrals Handle walk-in clients and conduct site visits Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans Follow up with prospects and close sales Coordinate with channel partners and brokers Ensure RERA-compliant sales documentation Update leads and bookings in CRM

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in real estate open/field sales Experience with walk-in clients and brokers Good communication and negotiation skills Target-driven and field-ready

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Upto 70,000/-
