Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Care o Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per the prescribed treatment. o Monitor and document patient vitals and report any significant changes. o Administer medications and treatments accurately. o Ensure patient satisfaction by delivering high-quality care. 2. Assistance in Procedures o Assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures. o Ensure sterilization and preparation of medical equipment to maintain safety standards. 3. Documentation o Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment progress. o Update nursing notes in compliance with organizational policies. 4. Guest Engagement o Welcome patients professionally and courteously. o Provide emotional support to patients and educate them and their families about treatment plans. o Take patient feedback to enhance satisfaction levels. o Create "wow" experiences for patients by offering exceptional healthcare services. 5. Infection Control o Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment. 6. Administrative Tasks o Oversee QMS (Quality Management System) compliance. o Ensure OPD and procedure room preparedness. o Manage material consumption and inventory. o Process patient service billing accurately. o Maintain and update patient and guest records in the system. 7. Communication and Coordination o Address patient inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. o Act as the primary liaison between patients and the healthcare team. o Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments. 8. Compliance o Follow organizational policies and procedures. o Maintain confidentiality of guest and patient information. Qualifications o Education: GNM/B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent certification. o License: Valid nursing license is mandatory. o Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to deliver patient-centric care and provide exceptional guest experiences.
