Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and guide patients/attendants at the OPD front desk. Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records. Schedule and coordinate OPD appointments and follow-ups. Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide necessary information to patients. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments to ensure smooth patient flow. Assist in billing and documentation at the reception desk.

Requirements:



Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream). Experience in hospital/clinic reception or OPD desk preferred. Strong communication skills (English & Hindi). Computer proficiency (MS Office, hospital software preferred). Friendly personality, patience, and ability to handle patients with care.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,363.08 - ₹12,448.91 per month
