Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate daily OPD operations, ensuring timely patient flow and minimal waiting time. Schedule and manage patient appointments and follow-ups. Communicate with consultants, doctors, nursing staff, and front desk personnel to streamline OPD services. Address and resolve patient concerns, queries, and feedback. Ensure all medical records and documents are updated and filed appropriately. Supervise and guide OPD support staff, ensuring adherence to protocols. Monitor and maintain OPD inventory, supplies, and equipment. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly OPD reports for management review. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with insurance and billing departments for smooth processing.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in hospital/clinic administration or coordination (preferably OPD). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in hospital information systems (HIS) and MS Office. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a patient-focused attitude.

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
