This is a full-time, on-site role for a

Patient Services Coordinator

at HOPE Oncology Clinic, located in New Delhi. The Patient Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, verifying insurance details, maintaining clear communication with patients, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. The role also involves providing administrative support and utilizing medical terminology to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Required Experience :

- 2 years (Hospitals and Health Care)

Qualifications



Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling with strong Phone Etiquette skills Experience in Insurance Verification and familiarity with Medical Terminology Excellent Communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment Prior clinical or administrative experience in a healthcare setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are advantageous
