Qualifications
Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling with strong Phone Etiquette skills
Experience in Insurance Verification and familiarity with Medical Terminology
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment
Prior clinical or administrative experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are advantageous
