We are looking for a

female OPD Assistant

to join our hospital. The ideal candidate should have either an

ANM qualification

or

relevant experience

working in a hospital or clinic. The OPD Assistant will be responsible for assisting with patient handling, registration, basic nursing support, and helping ensure smooth operations in the Outpatient Department (OPD).

Responsibilities:

Assist patients during their visit to the OPD Help with patient registration and documentation Guide patients to doctors or scan rooms as required Take basic vitals (BP, temperature, etc.) if needed Support the doctor or nurse during consultations Maintain accurate patient records and reports Ensure proper queue management and patient flow Handle patient queries politely and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization in the OPD area Ensure confidentiality of patient data at all times

Requirements:

Qualification:

ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)

or relevant healthcare experience

Basic knowledge of patient care and OPD workflow Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiar with basic computer operations (data entry, MS Office) Experience in a hospital or clinic OPD preferred Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Female candidates only (due to patient handling requirements)
