We are hiring a motivated and patient-friendly OPD Assistant to support day-to-day outpatient services in a reputed eye clinic. The candidate will assist the doctor in patient flow management, record keeping, and basic eye check-up support.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients in the OPD area
Coordinate patient registration, history collection, and appointment scheduling
Support the doctor during eye check-ups and OPD procedures
Maintain patient records, reports, and follow-up data
Guide patients regarding medications, investigations, and next visits
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the OPD area
Manage basic instruments and equipment required for OPD use
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of outpatient processes in a clinic/hospital
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Polite, organized, and patient-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
Willingness to learn ophthalmic terms and tools
