Manage

Ensure
process adherence
and identify process gaps for improvements.
Conduct
regular quality audits

Handle policy, training, reporting, and quality management where no separate POCs exist.
Perform
root cause analysis
(Fishbone, RCA, 5-Whys, etc.) to resolve issues effectively.
Identify and escalate high-impact issues quickly with minimal downtime.
Manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring core duties are completed.

Strong proficiency in
MS Office / Google Suite
