Key Responsibilities

Welcome OP patients and guests with

5-star hospitality standards

Register patients accurately and manage OP documentation Schedule, confirm, and coordinate doctor consultations and follow-ups Guide patients clearly through consultation, therapy, and billing processes Maintain calm, polite, and professional behavior at all times Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nurses, and billing teams Handle billing support, payments, and receipt issuance Manage phone calls, inquiries, and appointment confirmations Ensure OP reception, waiting areas, and counters are

neat and guest-ready

Handle patient feedback and complaints with empathy and discretion Maintain confidentiality of patient and guest information Follow grooming standards, SOPs, and service etiquette
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
