Job Description
To ensure that patient's requirements at the time of consultation are met and that their visit to the hospital is hassle free.
To brief the patient and the attendant about the availability of doctor and approximate waiting time.
To co-ordinate with Nursing / lab staff to ensure that all investigations are done on time and reports are handed over to the patient without follow up.
Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible.
Collect patient feedback and google reviews.
