Job Description

On-site supervision

: Manage daily activities of workers on site and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Safety management

: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Conduct safety inspections and provide necessary training to workers.

Coordination and communication

: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality control

: Ensure all construction work meets industry standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.

Material management

: Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials to ensure availability and prevent delays.

Problem-solving

: Address any issues or delays on-site, including troubleshooting equipment or resource shortages.

Reporting and documentation

: Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, timesheets, and safety logs. Provide regular updates to senior management.

Team leadership

: Supervise and mentor construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff to ensure efficient operation of the site.

Regulatory compliance

: Ensure all necessary permits, inspections, and documentation are handled and up to date.
