Key Responsibilities:




Provide service support for the installed base in Igatpuri. Handle installation, maintenance, and calibration of industrial nutrunner Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with key customer. Ensure timely updates of customer and service data on digital platform Drive service contract renewals and identify opportunities for spare parts sale. Maintain a strong focus on delivering high customer satisfaction Act as a single point of contact for customer support need. Support business growth by building strong customer relationships through proactive service




To Succeed You Will Need:


To look into the day-to-day functions of the service related jobs and resolve day to-day issues in the specified Territory / Customer Allocated in the region To Ensure Response Time. Handle the key account directly and ensure customer satisfaction To provide service to customers, discuss with them, make route cause analysis and give presentations to customer to improve life cycle of the Product. Customer Training / Education to ensure better up time of the product. Ensure timely and effectively execution of Service Plan. Close Co-ordination with Project team for timely execution of Installation of machine allocated to Service.
