Job Summary:

Join our team as an On-Site ERP Specialist. You will be stationed at our premier client locations (Major Clothing Brands) to ensure smooth billing operations and provide immediate support for our ERP system.

Requirements:

B.Com Graduate

with strong computer literacy.

Prior experience in Clothing/Textile retail

(Billing, Inventory, or Floor Management). Familiarity with ERP or POS (Point of Sale) software.

Willingness to work at client locations full-time

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Support:

Resolve front-end billing issues and ERP glitches in real-time.

Client Interface:

Act as the first point of contact for showroom staff and management.

Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks in the showroom workflow and suggest software additions. ERP implementation

Client Management responsibilities

Client communication through calls, mails, Whatsapp etc User story management Weekly sprint meeting with client Ticketing system management User training based on new releases Client communications in the project User training of ERP software Customer management Domain testing
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
