Job Title: On-Site Payment Collection Executive

Department: Collections / Finance

Reports To: Collection Manager / Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and trustworthy On-Site Payment Collection Executive to

visit customers and collect pending payments in person. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for field collections, issuing receipts, updating records, and ensuring smooth and

professional communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

? Visit assigned clients/customers to collect overdue payments as per the daily

schedule.

? Verify customer identity and outstanding balances before initiating collection.

? Accept cash, cheque, or digital payments and issue system-generated/manual receipts.

? Update collection status in the system or mobile app in real-time.

? Maintain a daily log of visits and collections with proper documentation.

? Resolve basic billing issues or complaints on the spot or escalate to the concerned

team.

? Build and maintain good customer relationships while ensuring payment compliance.

? Ensure secure handling of cash and deposit collections to designated locations or

accounts.

? Follow up on partial payments and maintain follow-up schedules.

? Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and field collection

protocols.

? Handle additional tasks such as collecting bank statements, Cheque Deposit in bank & other

bank related and accounts related activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

? Minimum 10th/12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred for some industries.

? 1-3 years of experience in field collections, recovery, or cash handling (preferred).

? Familiar with using mobile collection apps and basic smartphone operations& Basic

knowledge of computer ,Email ,Excel ,Microsoft

? Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

? Trustworthy with a strong sense of accountability.

? Ability to ride a two-wheeler and knowledge of local geography.

? Must possess a valid driving license and, preferably, own a two-wheeler.

Working Conditions:

? Field-based role; extensive local travel required.

? May involve work on weekends or extended hours during high collection periods.

? Uniform and ID card may be provided for official identification.

? Professional behaviour and presentable appearance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
