Be responsible for implementing the food safety culture in the company and directly involve all the food safety activities to produce safe food for the customers.
Responsible for food safety complaints and address the issue to stop its recurrence
Carrying out audits and completion of task assigned.
Responsible for the specification compliance of the clients which he/she handles.
Responsible for preparing and presenting all the audit reports of the clients and sharing the same to the clients in a timely manner.
Ensures design files and information are kept up to date, and stored in accordance.
Keeps up to date with the latest food safety standards.
Ensure that Prerequisite programs-cleaning and sanitization, pest control, waste management, calibration, water tank cleaning, lab analysis, customer complaints management, and supplier approval, are in place.
Responsible for GHP and overseeing food safety and hygiene standards to maintain legislative compliance
Observing control points and equipment.
Monitoring personnel and resources.
Responsible for carrying out changes to compliance in clients place according to suggested recommendations.
Training the clients at regular pace and keeps the client updated with the change in standards and new policy with regard to food safety.
Responsible for reporting progress of all assigned tasks to the regional manager and the client.
Review and verify the audit and training report before sending it to client
Special and cross training to be carried out at client's place.
