Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
offline marketing campaigns
to promote web design and IT services
Visit local businesses, startups, shops, and offices to introduce company services
Generate
qualified leads
through field visits, referrals, and networking
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, visiting cards, and proposals
Build and maintain relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
Identify potential clients and understand their website or digital needs
Coordinate with the sales and design team to convert leads into projects
Participate in events, exhibitions, seminars, and business meetups when required
Track daily activities and submit lead and performance reports
Suggest new offline marketing ideas to improve reach and conversions
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in
offline marketing, field sales, or business development
Good understanding of
web design, websites, or digital services
(basic knowledge is enough)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Confident personality with the ability to meet clients face-to-face
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage field schedules
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided, if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services, web design, or digital marketing companies
Local market knowledge and business connections
Diploma / Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
