Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers and site visitors. Explain project details including layout plans, pricing, specifications, amenities, and payment schedules to clients. Coordinate site visits and property walkthroughs for prospective customers. Handle client queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience at the site. Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert leads into bookings. Maintain daily records of site visits, enquiries, leads, and client feedback. Support the sales team in closing deals by providing on-site assistance and clarifications. Ensure proper display and availability of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and sample plans at the site. Collect market feedback and share competitor insights with the management team. Assist clients with booking procedures, agreement formalities, and post-booking coordination. Maintain discipline, professionalism, and brand image at the project site. Coordinate with construction and site teams to keep clients informed about project progress when required. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site activity reports to the reporting manager.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
