We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Onsite Chess Coach

to join our academy in

Bangalore

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting chess sessions at our training center, mentoring students, and contributing to tournament preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structured chess coaching sessions for kids and adults (Beginner to Advanced levels) Prepare lesson plans, training modules, and progress reports Guide students in local and national-level chess tournaments Provide individual attention and track student improvement Collaborate with the academy's curriculum team for coaching enhancements

Requirements:

Strong chess background (Minimum FIDE rating of 1400 preferred) Prior coaching experience (1+ years preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for teaching and mentoring young talent Willingness to work on weekends (as classes often run on weekends)
