Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Onsite BIM Coordinator

to oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) operations at project sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate multi-disciplinary models, resolve design clashes, and ensure the construction team receives accurate BIM data and drawings for seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between design consultants, contractors, and on-site teams for all BIM-related activities. Review, coordinate, and manage federated BIM models using

Revit

,

Navisworks

, and

BIM 360/ACC

. Conduct

clash detection

, organize coordination meetings, and monitor issue resolution. Generate

construction documents

,

shop drawings

, and

as-built models

. Ensure adherence to the

BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

and maintain project standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure constructability and compliance with site conditions. Manage

model updates

with field data and redline markups. Support the site team with

quantity take-offs

,

4D sequencing

, and

installation verification

.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering

(or equivalent). Minimum

4 years of hands-on BIM coordination experience

on live construction projects. Strong proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

,

Navisworks

,

AutoCAD

, and

BIM 360/ACC

. Good understanding of

construction sequencing

and

site coordination

. Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills. Willingness to work

full-time from project site

.
