Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated
Onshore Admissions Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist prospective students with the admissions process, provide guidance on visa requirements, and ensure excellent client service. This role requires basic computer skills and proficiency in English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students and clients with admission inquiries and processes.
Guide applicants on required documents, eligibility criteria, and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-ups.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Update client data in the system and prepare reports as required.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet browsing).
Good English speaking and writing skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and provide excellent customer service.
Prior experience in admissions, education consultancy, or migration services is a plus but not mandatory.
