Managing the reconciliation of IELTS On-screen Marking to meet agreed KPIs on delivery of results to test takers; Managing Examiner Accuracy reports; Managing OSM Product performance and scanning compliance (PB, CD, IOL).
Main Accountabilities:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented On-Screen Marking (OSM) Data Delivery Coordinator to join our Exams team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely flow of candidate test data across multiple platforms, maintaining data quality, and supporting seamless result delivery for IELTS Paper-Based, Computer-Delivered, and Online exams.
You will manage the reconciliation of test scores, deliver daily reports during operational stand-up calls, and monitor dataflows to ensure each candidate receives their Listening, Reading, and Writing scores within agreed timelines. Your role includes preparing examiner accuracy reports, conducting regular quality checks, and supporting test centres with training and process improvements to ensure compliance with service delivery standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including the OSM Operations Managers, Examiner Standards Managers, and global teams to identify, escalate, and resolve technical or operational issues.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you will handle incidents, contribute to service review meetings, and support business continuity planning in high-risk scenarios. You will also analyse operational performance, use Power BI to produce performance dashboards, and contribute to procedural improvements based on data insights.
This is a full-time office-based position that requires working five days a week in a 24x7 shift environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data operations, risk and compliance management, and a sound understanding of on-screen marking processes. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, a proactive and solution-focused mindset, and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with accuracy are key to success in this role.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proficient with Microsoft office, especially Excel and Power BI
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines, prioritising workload to meet the needs of the business
