Job Description

We are looking for an

On-Page SEO Executive

who understands how

search results work in 2026

and can

write, optimise, and improve pages independently

using strong English and SEO logic.

This role is

not

for backlink or off-page SEO. The focus is on

meta titles, meta descriptions, SERP intent, and on-page structure

.

What You Will Do:

Write

original, high-quality meta titles and meta descriptions

(not AI copy-paste) Optimise pages for

search intent, CTR, and relevance

Improve

on-page SEO elements

: headings, internal linking, URL structure, content alignment Understand how

Google SERPs behave in 2026

(snippets, truncation, intent matching) Analyse page performance using

Google Search Console

Rewrite and improve existing metadata to increase impressions and clicks Work independently and take ownership of assigned pages

What We Are Looking For:

Strong English writing skills

(must be able to write without heavy AI dependency) Clear understanding of

on-page SEO fundamentals

Hands-on experience with

meta titles & descriptions

Knowledge of

keyword intent, CTR optimisation, and SERP behaviour

Basic understanding of

HTML tags

(title, meta, headings) Familiarity with SEO tools (GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Ability to think, write, and optimise independently

Link-building-only SEO profiles AI-only content editors Candidates without hands-on meta optimisation experience
