Perform data entry, manage databases, and maintain digital and physical records accurately.
Handle all office correspondence, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing mail.
Draft, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
Manage office supplies, place orders, and coordinate with vendors.
Greet visitors and provide general support to guests (if applicable).
Assist senior management with other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Computer Operator, Office Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
is mandatory.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
