Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and culturally sensitive Tutor for International Students with excellent English communication skills. The tutor will provide academic guidance, language support, and personalized instruction to help international learners adapt to new educational environments and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to international students in assigned subject areas.

Support students in improving English proficiency, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension when needed.

Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different cultural backgrounds, learning styles, and language levels.

Assist students with homework, assignments, exam preparation, and academic projects.

Explain concepts clearly and patiently, ensuring understanding despite language barriers.

Create lesson plans and learning materials tailored to student needs.

Monitor and document student progress and provide regular feedback.

Encourage students' confidence, participation, and independent learning skills.

Foster a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic coordinators.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject field (Master's preferred).

Prior experience tutoring or teaching international students is a strong advantage.

Excellent English communication skills--both verbal and written.

Strong understanding of cultural diversity and challenges faced by international learners.

Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach them effectively.

Proficiency in online teaching tools and digital platforms.

Pay: ₹150.00 - ?200.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
