Role Type: Hourly / Part-time (Flexible)
Student Base: Indian & International (Overseas) Learners
Work Mode: 100% Remote (Online)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct live, interactive 1:1 or group sessions through the MeraTutor.AI platform.
Teach using structured lesson plans, digital tools, and real-time engagement methods.
Adapt teaching style based on student age, region, and learning pattern.
Maintain accurate session records and attendance.
Support student progress through feedback, extra resources, or doubt-solving.
Attend periodic training/orientation sessions if required.
Must-Have Requirements
? Prior online or offline teaching experience (Indian + overseas students preferred)
? Subject expertise with strong conceptual clarity
? Laptop/Tablet, webcam, mic + high-speed Wi-Fi connection
?Quiet and distraction-free teaching environment
? Comfortable teaching in English + Hindi or any regional language
? Availability during peak tutoring hours (after school or late evenings for foreign students)
? Ability to handle digital tools (whiteboard, screen sharing, content uploads, etc.)
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Teaching certification (B.Ed, CTET, TESOL, TEFL, etc.) - not mandatory but preferredExperience working with EdTech platforms
Experience in international curriculum (IGCSE, IB, AP, etc.)
Ability to create your own notes, worksheets, or question banks
Comfortable handling students (depending on subject)
