About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and child-friendly

Online Teacher

who can make learning fun and interactive for toddlers and preschoolers through

songs, dance, storytelling, and playful teaching methods

.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

online live sessions

or pre-recorded classes for children aged

2-6 years

. Teach basic concepts (like alphabets, numbers, animals, colors, manners, etc.) through

songs, rhymes, movements, and stories

. Create a joyful and safe online classroom environment that encourages participation. Use props, facial expressions, and gestures to make sessions lively and entertaining. Coordinate with the content team to develop engaging lessons and scripts. Provide feedback on children's engagement and performance during sessions. Ensure classes align with the organization's early learning curriculum and tone.

Requirements

Passion for

teaching young children

with energy, patience, and warmth. Excellent

communication and storytelling

skills. Ability to

sing simple educational songs or rhymes

confidently (not professional-level singing required). Comfort with

basic dance or expressive movements

for interactive learning. Access to a

quiet, well-lit space

and a stable internet connection for online sessions. Prior experience in

preschool teaching, theatre, dance, music, or kids content creation

is an advantage.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with digital tools (Zoom, Google Meet, OBS, etc.) Creative skills such as puppetry, drawing, or playing simple musical instruments. Experience in making short educational videos for YouTube or e-learning platforms.
