You will be part of Capgemini India and will be responsible for working with onshore digital &


product marketing teams to -

Respond to product related questions from customers & end users Respond to queries in a timely and polite manner giving as much relevant information as
possible
In this role you will Play a Key Role InResponsible for providing online support for queries received via client website/s and social
media channels

Provide polite and respectful responses to customer queries and issues in English Share correct product related material and information with the customer Write support articles to offer and improve customer self-service options Build effective goodwill with the customer and help build a positive brand image for the
client

Adhere to the client's SLA's for the topics covered under online support domain Ensure timely adherence to the escalation matrix
Your ProfileBachelor's degree 3-4 years of working with standard content management systems, viz. WordPress 3-4 years of working on an online customer service tool/ticketing tool like Jira incl.
experience in Salesforce case handling or Salesforce Community / Knowledge

3-4 years of experience as an online customer support representative in English 2-3 years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with good Excel and PowerPoint
