We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in managing
IndiaMART leads

converting inquiries into sales
, and maintaining consistent engagement with B2B buyers. The role requires a deep understanding of the IndiaMART platform and how to optimize lead responses to grow business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
:
Monitor and manage daily
leads received through IndiaMART
.
Promptly respond to buyer inquiries with accurate product and pricing information.
Follow up with interested buyers via
calls, emails, or WhatsApp
to convert leads into orders.
Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams to ensure
timely quotation, samples, and delivery
.
Maintain and update the IndiaMART company profile with
relevant keywords, products, images
, and
pricing
.
Track lead conversion rates and prepare
weekly/monthly reports
.
Handle
BuyLeads
,
Mini-Dynamic Catalog
features, and other IndiaMART tools effectively.
Maintain professional communication and build long-term B2B customer relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
