About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Online Sales Representative

to manage WhatsApp sales and Digital platforms, respond to online enquiries, share product catalogs, convert leads into orders, and build strong customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and customer handling ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage WhatsApp & online enquiries for textile products Share product photos, offers & catalogs with customers Provide product details, pricing & recommendations Convert incoming enquiries into sales Coordinate with store team for order processing & dispatch Maintain sales records & customer data Follow up with customers and promote repeat sales Handle customer complaints & ensure satisfaction

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills (English / Telugu / Hindi) Basic knowledge of textile & Readymade products Ability to handle multiple customers at once WhatsApp/online sales experience preferred Good negotiation & customer handling skills Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business)

Qualifications:

12th Pass / Graduate At least one year of experience in sales / customer service preferred
