We are looking for an

Online Sales & Order Coordinator

to manage online orders, sales tracking, and customer coordination for a reputed sweet shop. The candidate will handle daily order management, courier coordination, and ensure timely dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor

online sales orders

received through websites, WhatsApp, and delivery apps. Coordinate with the

production and packing team

to ensure orders are processed on time. Arrange and track

courier or delivery dispatches

. Maintain daily order reports and update order status. Handle

customer queries, payment updates, and feedback

. Support in-house sales when required. Maintain records of stock movement for online orders.

Skills Required:

Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / email handling). Ability to multitask and handle pressure during festive seasons. Prior experience in food / FMCG / retail sales preferred.

Salary:

?12,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience)
