Key Responsibilities:
Manage online customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, website, social media, and other digital channels.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, technical specifications, and availability to prospective customers.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication, follow-up, and negotiation.
Coordinate with internal departments to oversee order processing, dispatch timelines, and customer updates.
Maintain organized documentation of leads, conversions, order status, and customer interactions.
Support online promotional campaigns, offers, and product launch initiatives.
Address customer concerns promptly and ensure strong post-sales support.
Track online sales performance metrics and prepare structured reports for management review.
Experience & Compensation:
Candidates with
1-2 years of experience
in online sales or tele-sales will be considered for a salary range of
?22,000 - ?30,000 per month.
Candidates with
over 2 years of experience
in online or tele-sales, with proven conversion capability, will be considered for a salary range of
?28,000 - ?35,000 per month.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-handling and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries and multitask effectively.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM/lead management tools.
Preferred:
Experience in the automotive, tyres, or alloy wheels industry.
Understanding of online marketplace operations or social commerce platforms.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, digital sales tools, or CRM systems.
