The Online Sales Manager at Wizzowl Jewellery will lead and grow the brand's online sales channels, ensuring strong revenue performance while maintaining a premium jewellery shopping experience. This role focuses on managing the e-commerce store, online marketplaces, and digital sales initiatives aligned with Wizzowl Jewellery's brand identity and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive online sales growth across the brand website and third-party marketplaces
Manage and optimize product listings for jewellery collections, including pricing, descriptions, and visuals
Plan and execute online promotions, festive campaigns, and product launches
Monitor daily online sales, inventory movement, and customer demand trends
Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics
Coordinate with marketing teams on social media, influencer collaborations, and paid campaigns
Ensure brand consistency, luxury presentation, and accuracy across all online platforms
Oversee customer inquiries, order fulfillment coordination, and post-purchase experience
Identify new digital sales opportunities and emerging e-commerce platforms
Manage and train online sales support staff (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in online sales or e-commerce, preferably in retail or jewellery
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and CRM systems
Experience with product merchandising for fashion or jewellery brands
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to balance sales targets with premium brand positioning
