Role Summary



We are looking for a dynamic

Online Sales Manager

to lead and manage our complete online business end-to-end. The role will be responsible for driving revenue, overseeing operations, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring high-performing team execution.

Key Responsibilities



Manage website operations, including product listings, promotions, and overall platform hygiene. Lead customer support, dispatch, and packing teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Ensure accurate order packing and timely shipment of all online orders. Review CRM interactions daily and drive improvements in conversions, repeat purchases, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with retail stores for stock allocation, click-and-collect, and inter-store transfers. Track and analyse sales metrics, returns, NPS, and operational SLAs to ensure continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
