Kokora Spices is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Head of Online Sales
to lead and significantly grow our online sales channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to maximize our online presence, drive e-commerce sales, and enhance our digital customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and online customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets through our website and other online platforms.
Lead and manage all aspects of our online sales operations, including website optimization, online merchandising, and customer service related to online sales.
Drive online customer acquisition and retention through effective digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.), in collaboration with the marketing team.
Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and optimize online sales performance.
Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform ([Specify platform if applicable, e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce]).
Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer journey and enhance the overall online shopping experience.
Monitor and analyze competitor online activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team on online promotions, campaigns, and content strategy to drive sales.
Track and report on key online sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
Potentially manage a small online sales team or coordinate with other departments to achieve online sales goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing and growing online sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and online analytics.
Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Analytical and data-driven with the ability to interpret online sales data and make actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
