The specialist guides pre-qualified prospects through the final stages of the sales process, addresses objections, and secures signed agreements, typically for high-ticket products or services. Key Responsibilities

Conduct Remote Sales Calls:

Lead video conferences or phone calls with qualified prospects to present offers and answer questions.

Negotiate Terms and Conditions:

Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes while meeting company profit margins.

Handle Objections:

Identify and address client concerns or resistance regarding price, timing, or value, using persuasive and empathetic communication techniques.

Finalize Deals:

Guide clients through the closing process, which includes using e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) for contracts and arranging payment.

Build Client Relationships:

Establish and maintain strong rapport and trust with clients through professional and consistent virtual communication and follow-up.

Maintain Records:

Accurately document all sales activities, client interactions, negotiation details, and deal progress within a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with marketing, lead generation (appointment setters), and implementation teams to ensure a smooth client handoff and consistent sales strategy.

Provide Customer Support:

Act as a key point of contact during the final stages, ensuring exceptional customer service and support throughout the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven Sales Experience:

A strong background in sales, particularly in remote or B2B (business-to-business) high-ticket sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication, active listening, and persuasion skills are essential for building trust and closing deals virtually.

Technological Proficiency:

Comfort and expertise using digital tools such as video conferencing software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams),

Self-Motivation & Time Management:

The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high productivity without direct supervision in a remote setting.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to address complex client issues and propose effective, tailored solutions.

Adaptability & Resilience:

The capacity to handle high-pressure situations, manage rejection, and adapt to changing market conditions and new technologies.

Relevant Education (Preferred):

While not always required, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field may be preferred by some employers.
This role is performance-driven and often involves a commission-based compensation structure, making a results-oriented mindset crucial for success.
