Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Dehradun. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers, lead generation, addressing customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer support. The role includes understanding customer needs, promoting appropriate products or services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
Proficiency in Customer Support and relationship management
Ability to work with sales targets and meet performance goals
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in telesales or a related domain is a plus
Role & Responsibilities:
As an Online Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Outbound Sales Calls: Make 80 to 100 daily calls, searching and contacting new clinics/businesses via the internet.
Lead Outreach: Share company introductions via email and WhatsApp.
Data Accuracy: Update contact details like the concerned person's name, timing, email, and WhatsApp number.
Client Engagement: Introduce Ad 99 India's solutions and promote demo calls for marketing, business automation, and digital marketing services (AI-Agent).
Demo & Conversion: Conduct demos on Google Meet and convert leads into sales.
Proposal & Follow-Up: Share proposals, follow up, generate proforma invoices, and close sales by receiving payments.
Requirements:
Laptop with a mouse.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Docs.
Ability to send professional emails to clients.
Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for drafting and communication.
New SIM card for outbound calls (within one month of joining).
Ability to set up screen and phone call recording before joining.
Camera must be ON during customer demos on Google Meet.
Maintain a clean, professional background while talking to clients on video.
