We are looking for a proactive and creative E-commerce & Social Media Executive to join our fashion retail team. The candidate will be responsible for uploading products on our website, managing online clients, and creating engaging visual content for social media.
Responsibilities:
Upload and update new products on our WordPress WooCommerce website with accurate details, pricing, and images.
Manage and respond to client queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
Communicate fluently in Hindi and English with clients for sales, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Handle multitasking - replying to all clients promptly and maintaining client satisfaction.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of products using phone photography/videography.
Assist in creating engaging content for Instagram stories, reels, and posts.
Ensure product catalog consistency across all platforms.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of WordPress WooCommerce (or willingness to learn quickly).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written).
Strong digital literacy and ability to manage multiple online conversations simultaneously.
Good photography and videography skills (basic phone photography is sufficient).

Pay: ₹10,027.96 - ₹33,944.81 per month
