We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join Maaesa Creations as a Online Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers on call, managing sales inquiries, and providing excellent post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our fashion products.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Customer Support:
Address customer queries regarding products, orders, and delivery via phone, email, and social media.
Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable options based on customer preferences.
Sales Coordination:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Market Feedback:
Collect feedback from customers and share insights to improve products and services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
