Online Sales Executive
who will be responsible for
following up on leads received through our website and digital platforms
, converting inquiries into sales, and ensuring excellent customer experience through timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on leads generated through the company website, social media, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
Contact customers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and messages promptly
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information
Share product details, pricing, availability, offers, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with store, and sales teams for order processing
Convert online inquiries into confirmed orders and walk-in store visits
Maintain and update lead status in CRM or tracking system
Ensure regular follow-ups until closure or final response from customer
Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions
Maintain professionalism and brand communication standards
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; local language preferred)
Good calling and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email, WhatsApp Business)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads efficiently
Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach
Experience in online sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
