Act as the first point of contact (POC) for all online and digital inquiries.
Respond promptly to customer queries received through online platforms (whatsapp, website, social media, email, etc.).
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
Share product catalogues, pricing, and offers with customers in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with the nearest store team to ensure smooth customer visits, follow-ups, and order closures.
Maintain lead records and track the entire communication and conversion process in CRM tools.
Follow up with customers regularly to maximize conversion rates.
Work closely with the marketing and store teams to align on promotions and customer feedback.
Strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
