Role Overview



We are looking for a

motivated and dynamic Online Sales Executive

to join the growing

TOCKEN Sales Team

.
You will be the

first point of contact

for property owners, brokers, and developers looking to list their properties or projects on the TOCKEN platform. Your primary responsibility is to

assist, educate, and convert

these users into verified listings through our

mobile app and web portal

.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound and outbound calls

with property owners, brokers, and developers interested in listing for resale, rental, or project marketing.

Explain TOCKEN's verified listing model

and digital ecosystem benefits. Assist users in

completing their listings

, uploading documents, and ensuring ownership or authorization verification. Manage and follow up with leads via

WhatsApp, CRM, and phone

to ensure smooth onboarding. Guide users through

secure registration and listing activation

on the TOCKEN App. Coordinate with the

support and verification teams

to maintain listing quality and compliance. Identify potential bulk listers (brokers and developers) and present

subscription or package options

. Drive conversions by understanding user intent, addressing objections, and providing quick solutions. Maintain

daily CRM updates

and report performance metrics.

Requirements



Strong

spoken communication skills

in Hindi and English (Marathi / Tamil / Kannada preferred). Prior experience in

tele-sales, real estate sales, or online platforms

will be an added advantage.

High-energy, self-driven, and target-oriented

approach. Excellent

follow-up discipline

and attention to detail. Ability to

multitask

between different client categories (Owners, Brokers, Developers).

Performance KPIs



Number of

daily listing activations

(owners, brokers, developers).

Conversion rate

from lead to verified listing.

Follow-up cycle

adherence and lead management efficiency.

Engagement and retention

rate of active listers.
