Key Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming messages on social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
Attend
customer calls and respond to product-related inquiries
Follow up with
leads generated by the marketing team
via ads and campaigns
Provide information on products, pricing, delivery, offers, etc.
Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions
Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Maintain daily reports of inquiries, leads, and sales conversion
Address and resolve any post-sale concerns or complaints professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
in any discipline (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills
in
English and Hindi
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
Comfortable using social media platforms and basic CRM or order management tools
Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and respond quickly across different channels
