Job Description


Roles and responsibilities 1. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competition. 2. Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into long-term clients. 3. Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-ups. 4. Engage in field sales activities when required to meet specific targets or engage with high-value prospects. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. 6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM systems. Qualifications 1. Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred). 2. Experience of at least 3 years in pharmaceutical or healthcare business development. Skills 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2. Ability to lead and manage teams, and to make decisions. 3. Strong problem-solving skills. 4. Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate. 5. Ability to think strategically. 6. Strong interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to understand, manage, and express emotions.
