Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to online inquiries through email, chat, social media, and other digital platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotional content across e-commerce platforms.
Identify new market opportunities to expand the company's digital presence.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Monitor online sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to optimize online sales processes.
Handle order processing, follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, social commerce, etc.).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Good analytical skills and familiarity with online metrics/analytics.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
