Role Summary:
The
Online Sales Manager
will be primarily responsible for handling incoming leads, responding to customer inquiries, converting prospects into customers, and managing sales through various online platforms. This is a hands-on role that combines customer communication, digital sales, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Track, follow up, and convert online leads from platforms like WhatsApp, website forms, Instagram, Facebook, and third-party marketplaces.
Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls.
Sales Conversion:
Understand customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and close sales.
Order Coordination:
Ensure smooth order placement, payment follow-ups, and coordination with the dispatch/logistics team.
CRM Management:
Maintain lead databases, update sales pipeline, and monitor follow-up schedules.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to run campaigns and with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Able to use CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and online order systems.
Ability to handle multiple conversations/leads simultaneously and close sales independently.
Customer-first attitude and strong persuasion skills..
