Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms (IndiaMart, Trade India, Udaan, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media
Follow up on online leads and convert them into sales
Prior experience in B2B sales platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
Receiving calls, Extract and manage leads from TradeIndia and IndiaMART dashboards
Required Skills
Minimum 1 -2 year of experience in e-commerce or online sales
Graduate or equivalent preferred
Familiarity with
IndiaMART
and its B2B functionalities (preferred).
Knowledge of online sales platforms like India Mart, Trade India, Udaan, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools
Familiarity with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, email, chat tools)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
