Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

incoming leads and inquiries

received from website, chat, calls, and social media platforms.

Convert potential customers into sales

through effective product presentation, negotiation, and follow-ups. Understand customer requirements and recommend

suitable audio-video or tech products

that fit their needs. Manage listings and offers on

e-commerce portals

(Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and ensure correct product details and pricing. Collaborate with the

marketing team

to run online campaigns and improve conversions. Coordinate with

warehouse, logistics, and accounts

teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-up. Maintain customer records and sales pipeline in

CRM or Excel tracking sheets

. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Upsell and cross-sell related products to increase order value. Handle

customer service and post-sales queries

efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong

communication and convincing skills

(spoken and written English & Hindi). Knowledge of

online selling platforms

and digital marketing basics. Ability to handle

B2C and B2B customers

confidently. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Familiarity with

CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets

, and e-commerce dashboards. Quick learner with a good understanding of technology and gadgets (especially audio-video products).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
