The Online Sales Executive will manage customer inquiries, share saree collections, convert leads into sales, and maintain customer relationships through online platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and marketplace portals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries on
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook & Phone
.
Share
product photos, videos, pricing, and fabric details
with customers.
Respond quickly to messages; ensure fast customer engagement.
Convince and close sales
by explaining product quality, offers & delivery support.
Maintain records of customer orders and ensure
follow up
for repeat sales.
Coordinate with
packing & delivery team
for dispatch and tracking.
Update daily sales & inquiry report in
Excel/Google Sheets
.
Create basic content (image/video) for postings or coordinate with designer.
Collect customer feedback & ratings for social media.
Required Skills
Strong communication & polite customer handling.
Good convincing & sales closing ability.
Knowledge of saree fabric types, designs, varieties (Training will be given).
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business features (labels, broadcast, catalog).
Basic Excel/Sheets usage.
Experience in any saree shop/online boutique is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
10th / 12th / Any Degree
Freshers can apply
with good communication interest in sales.
